I have software which is supposed to
somewhat estimate appraisals but would
like to get other opinions on their value.

I have exitleads.com listed at sedo and it seems
to get alot of hits but so far, no offers...if I had
a good idea of its worth, then I could just put up
an offer rather than expect others to offer w/o
knowing what I expect price wise, so please let
me know what you think.
