hi,
i don't understand this:

"The previous account holder of an expired domain in auction still has the option to renew the domain you won within the regular renew time period"

!!!

bidding & winning then it return back to the previous owner!!!

It's because this domains are sold in the normal redemption period time when the previous owner can renew them by paying redemption fee.

Until a name is actually placed into the pending delete status, the previous owner still owns the name and has the option to renew. This keeps the registrar from having to pay the renewal fees for every single name that expires. This way the registrar has a risk free way of making money on only those names that have interest from others. Those that get no bids are allowed to drop.
