For Sale Expired Names

I have found alot of decent domain names that have expired on droplists. I have noticed that almost all .com's are available. But the only thing is that
in the .at or .sr they are registered. All other extentions are available. What is with that? Anyone know?

I ran wizwhois.com on dotster to see if it was available and all extentions are available except for the .sr.at and .dk. I have found this with many decent names. All extentions are available except the .sr, .at and sometimes the .dk. Any thoughts?
