I think the 'list' is probably unneeded and just adds length to the domain. But it is a popular item right now and for the forseeable future. I'd say low to mid $xx. If you can develop it could be more. Maybe take the expired lists from Pool or Snapnames and do some sorting or analysis (via script). People would love to get sorted lists instead of doing it themselves. Good potential there.
