extensions value ranking?

how would .info / .org / .biz be generally ranked in terms of value?

Clear number one: .com
In the future, I think we will see key words match well with the tld's. For example, sell.it or who.is. I think in most people's minds .org will always be something along the lines of .edu. It's all about the fit.

I agree with Simon regarding .de being the most ccTLD used at the moment but the question was not which is the most used but the most valueble and country`s extension , country`s population and other factors contribute to my opinion.
China`s population and growing potentials are much bigger than any other country in the immediate future.
