F-H:com

only 676 possible like this on the web and most in use by big companies...very premium letters imo, let me know what you think! Basically a 2 letter .com with a space in the middle which is even better for search engines! Thanks! ;)

Friendly Hostility
Familial hypercholesterolemia
Fire hydrants
French horn
Full House
Funeral homes
Future history
Field Hockey

F.H. Perry Builders (large home builder)
F.H. Paschen, S.N. Nielsen (one of the largest general contractors in the Midwest)

Just to name a few. Lots of end-use possibilities (with average domains). I'm betting upper xxxx to low xx,xxx. Great letters Focus!

e-c.com recently sold for $3600.00 on TDnam.

i-k recently sold on Sedo for $1501.

These routinely sell for about $1200-$1500. End user typically 2-3 times those amounts with rare exceptional xx,xxx.

I'm sorry Doc, but sometimes I think looking purely at past sales can be a bit of a limiter. Quite often, I look at those sales as unmotivated. In other words, sometimes a little work can dramatically change the end result. My preference is to look at the pool of potential owners, whether it be end or reseller, and determine the need from there. When I sold B6.com, someone posted "other" LN.com sales, which were xxxx to 1x,xxx. Those numbers didn't matter when I sold it for 45k a week later.

You know what you are talking about and have been at this longer than I have. I'm just making a point that some times you can venture off the "beaten path" if you want it bad enough.

An L-L is desirable but not as valuable as as a NL, LN, or LL anything.

My assessment is based on my ownership, purchase, and sale of e-c.com (which I sold for nearly twice the stated amount about 1.5 years ago) and my recent purchase of i-k.com. Along with about 17 others I own and 4 others I recently sold, albeit two unpaid for.

Demand will eventually drive this market up, up, and up...hyphen or not.

So when I am talking past sales, I am talking very very recent (past few months) and from first hand knowledge, as both a buyer and seller, with i-k.com being completed within the past month or so.

I see your point. I just wanted to back up why I gave the appraisal I did. Of course I meant no disrespect! As I said, it is very clear you do know your stuff.

I appreciate the input gentleman and appreciate also the professionalism both of you bring to this appraisal...both raise very good and valid points and it seems the general consensus that this is worth at least mid $x,xxx wholesale and probably xx,xxx to an end user..and these are going UP UP UP in value very rapidly! Thanks again..
