you are losing visitors per day.

If I purchase it for $3000, it takes over 16 months to get my original money.
What do you think about ?
 
Calculations according to yesterday's stats:

Revenue: $13.83
30 days Revenue: $414.9
Asking price: $3000
Months to recoup investment: 7 months (not 16).

This will happen if you park at sedo with the exact keywords i am using. Results will probably be different (or better) if you park somewhere else e.g. parked.com or for someone who is into adult could use affiliates to convert the traffic.

Traffic has been steady for the past 20 days. It has dropped a bit but you can't say that i am losing visitors by the day.
If you don't know how to convert it better than that then don't buy it. You don't have to...

Your alexa ranking is dropping day by day. You started this thread on 20th june and the rank was 50,000 then (according to you) and its 12th july and the rank has fallen to 62,669
What do u say about 12,000+ drop in ranking in just 22 days?

 
The drop in ranking was not in just 22 days. I got the domain on the 28-Mar-2008 and then it had alexa ranking of around 50000. Now after almost 3 and a half months the ranking dropped. So did my BIN price, it also dropped. Anyway, the domain is parked for more than 2+ months and as far as i know parked domains tend to lose ranking.
