I think you mean to say "Microsoft has already gotten into a lot of trouble in the past for FORCING Internet Explorer on PC's, including undocumented code in the Windows operating system that caused competing products to fail, and violating racketeering laws by strong-arming retailer who wanted to sell PCs without Windows."

Why would there be legal action by Google? You can't sue to keep a monopoly.
