Actually if nobody's interested in the price at $200, then why even sell it? Here's my logic: people wait for you to lower the price so much it's not even worth selling anymore, because they expect that. I figure this way they won't.

You don't need to "freak out".... the value of a domain is an opinion; not fact. Prove THAT wrong. Professionals don't matter. One person may pay $200 for a domain and any other person would only pay $10. It's a matter of finding the right buyer; and I hope to come across that luck.
