I am helping to sell this for a friend of mine so I am brokering this site.
FableSector is currently one of the most used Fable Fansites on the web. It has received app. 10,000 uniques/month during its operation so far, and it has quite a following.
Due to a lack of time we are going to be selling FableSector and all of its content.
What will you get?
A unique layout with matching forum skin (Invision Power Board)
Layout coded into CuteNews, IPB, and a fully functional CMS.
News icons, subheaders, and "Latest" images
Over 90 content pages including over 80 guides
Forums contain over 18,500 posts, 640 members, and over 1500 topics

During the first month of operation we received 12,00 unique visitors that month and almost 900/visits a day.
If the bids go over a $1000 we will include 4 months of advertising on http://halo2sector.net.
Linkage from xbox.com/fable, lhtimes.com, gamerankings.com, halo2sector.net, and many other reputable sites. These links generate a large amount of traffic.
Included with the site I will edit up to 5 hours worth of graphic work from FableSector.
In the last month we have made $60 from various advertisers.
