Fabulous.com impressions & uniques..

from what I've always learned impressions are the number of times a page is shown whereas unique visitors means what it says, the number of unique visitors to a page excluding reloads and visitors that return within a certain timeframe..

this said, can anyone explain why fabulous.com like to report ONLY impressions for certain domains?? it seems odd that there are domains that can get 20 impressions per day but never a single "unique visitor".
how can this be explained?

Not completely sure, but it could be that search engine spiders/crawlers (bots) are not counted. Maybe also robots.txt hits, or .gif/jpg requests.

yea youre probably right those sources arent counted but whats also strange and that I didnt mention is that sometimes domains get clicks even when they got zero uniques that day.. might be the reporting simply isnt 100% accurate.
