I was just trying to get this Fair use vs infringement thing straightened out in my head and came across this website.

http://www.****edgoogle.com/

That begins with an "F", you get the picture

Is there any opinions from the peanut gallery about how much hot water this publisher could be in and why or why not.

It does seem to use it as a non commercial use of the mark.
He does have a disclaimer at the top.
He also Has HUGE BALLS.

I think this would be a fun UDRP case to read if it goes that far.

It won't. Seems like a first amendment case. This pub. is allowed to discuss his views about a particular comany. I don't see it any different then paypalsucks.com and ebaysucks.com and these sites are allowed to operate because it is there right to express their views and satire.

I would be more interested in the follow up to this google lawsuit...
