I refuse to sell on the basis of stats. CPC is very low and many would like to capitalize off this fact/move parking providers.
Domain'ers created this concept to get a better deal but elude the development, etc potential of each inherent domain.
With that said- I have a BIN of $25,000.00
However will accept offers in the five figure range.
