I mentioned FashionBuyer.com on another thread and got 2 PMs about it straight away.

What do you think FashionBuyer.com could be worth to a reseller/investor or better yet, end user company looking to develop.

Cheers

Relatively low amount of actual search traffic and when I first saw the name I didnt think much about it but apparently it is an actual job for large department stores that purchase clothing. Which would make sense.

Searches of fashion buyerGoogle 27,100
Yahoo 13,008 MSN 6,504

This was on another site

Fashion buying positions are quite coveted and highly sought after by fashion industry hopefuls. The industry is populated by people just dying to get into the select buying spots available. However there are ways to get into the fashion buying business without waiting for someone to die.

If you made a site dedicated to "How to become a fashion buyer" it wouldnt be a money maker I wouldnt think but decent info site for a decent name. IMO

Of course another spin on that, is a subscription site for Fashion Buyers to review the latest lines of Fashion Designers. A sort of B2B exchange for the Fashion Industry.

I think it's worth around $1,000/$2,000 end user.
