There's actually a band from Texas called Fastball whose 1998 song "Out of my head" remains one of my favourites.

I like this name. Perfect for a baseball site. The domain is probably worth around $50 but if make a baseball site it would be worth around -$200.

IMHO anything other than a common, marketable, one word domain has little chance in this TLD.
Yes, there are exceptions like ForSale and BlowJob, but FastBall isn't one of those.
