Short, one-worder, endless possibilities for development, BUT I'm not too familiar with the .cc extension, so I can't give too accurate of an appraisal.

My guess is it's likely worth high $xx-low $xxx.

Its a fairly good 3 letter word, but the .cc extention brings it down quite a lot. Probably mid $XX.
