we are getting an error adding a domain for featured listing

ERROR: Couldn't execute DB Query! (5)

Hi!

I've looked into this for you and it appears we have not yet received payment for the Featured Listing. Did the problem occur when you were entering payment information? I do see a domain is set to go on the Featured List. Please let me know at what stage you encountered that message and I will be able to look into it further for you. You may also want to try submitting the domain again to the Featured Listing (you will only have to pay once). Send me a PM or email if you are still running into problems.

Happened when I clicked to get to the page where I would of entered CC details.

(amazed that you knew what my account was without telling you, hmm my reputation precedes me)
