If "tradewire" you could clearly focus on the financial market. "Trades" makes it fuzzy as it could be read as plumbers, etc. which seems incongruent with "wire". Trades might still be applied to financial markets but seems a bit of stretch. Anyway, my thoughts.

Maybe the both could be developed and value raised?

My guess is :
Tradeswire.com could be used to display the latest new trades in sports such as baseball, basketball and football.
