If they do succeed in getting internet access while in prison they're much more likely to prefer something like Inmate.US or Inmates.US than Felon.US....And you know who has both of those two..:D

felon.us - may have a buyer out there somewhere.

But if the buyer for felon.us is really in jail at the time that he/she contacts the seller, I don't see how the incarcerated felon will have much money to pay for the name. Jail jobs don't pay a lot of money as understand it.

Additionally, a felon who is out of prison is not likely going to want to publicize that he/she was locked up for a felony.

I guess it felon.us could be used by a party who wasn't really felon and the domain could be used as a dating site or something similar. Time will tell.

Seriously, guys ...

There are lots of criminal defense lawyers and others in the judicial system who would love to have this name, even if just for the "bragging" rights.

There are also very real and serious issues related to having been convicted of felonies, including the loss of the right to vote, etc. I wouldn't be so quick to dismiss this name.

If you decide to drop it, please drop it my way.

Thanks!

Sheila

Huh? So that tells me that to you, it's only worth the reg fee.
So much for your Mrs. Butter-Worth syrup you just poured all over the name.

No offense lawpsych.
Seriously, people...

Good Luck!

No, mudfence, that's not what I meant.

I believe that it is a worthwhile domain name. Just because I'm in the minority here does not mean that I can't see a good name when I see it.

Take care!

Kitty? What kitty?

Tucker, AKA CattorneyAtLaw and AmericatIdol, wants you to know that he may look like a kitty to you, but in fact, he's really a very fierce, large, and brave lion. He's just prowling around on a special assignment at the moment and cannot reveal his real identity.

But he is delighted that he managed to fool you so easily, and sends you a very big ROAR!!!

Best regards,
Sheila
