I have to change my password many times because when I enter my passwords, it goes straight into the name search box and godaddy said "mypassoword.com" is available. It is no good and therefore I have to change the password.

I happen to me a dozen times and felt godaddy is cheating but I know it is very unlikely. But it was how I felt each time.

Hello James,

From your description, it seems like you are typing your password in the domain search box, which is why it is returning a domain result. The password entry field is at the very top of the page, next to where you enter your login name or account number.

Happy New Year,

GoDaddy.com

I think the problem is you are typing your login and password in before the page fully loads. When the page loads it forces the cursor to start typing in the search box. You probably have your username typed and when you type your password it switches to the domain search box.
