Not really my area :) Anyone willing to appraise or comment on this name that has a better clue.

Thanks!

sorry KV..didnt that movement go out in 1978 ?

put up a small Feminism site with a for sale sign on it; then go to yahoo feminism groups/chat rooms add "feminism.us" to your signature ..and shout out the room all all CAPS" MEN SUCK "; see if you get a "chorus line" of "Go Girl"

Who knows you might find a buyer their..

Getting harder find good .US

Could be a site for lesbians :)

LOL, I have no clue!! I got the name on behalf of someone else that wanted it in the early days. But now she has moved and I can't reach her, and left me with a name I don't know much about

It's a great name. would be the best pick for a history of feminism in the us. Look for feminist books, authors or bookstores, you may still find some who would snatch it from you and cover your reg and mental anguish too for carrying the unwanted torch.

I believe universities still have womens studies departments. so it cant be as "dead" as pendulum earrings.

Or just sell it to the folks who seriously object the word "lolita" in web site names (see neighboring post). :)

Thanks for your input IPAtlas and the rest of you! I certainly have more to go on than I did before. I just did a Overture check on the term 'feminsim', and it showed over 11,000 searches performed. So there must be some women out there that still support this cause. By the way, not so sure about the lolita page, I might get some angry females after me :)

Now you just need to go get malechauvinism.us to go with it - it's available (as is just plain chauvinism.us).
