Firstly, this domain receives 40 views per day, and secondly, it is parked on sedo where confirmation can be obtained.

chris, if you want to make things easier for the buyers.. the best thing to do is to take screenshots of all of the stats available to you. traffic, revenue, etc. and posting them up right here within your sales thread'
