I like phoneservices.org the best out of all of them. I think this one would be better for development than resale because there are some good mobile affiliates out there.
For resale, I would estimate you could get up to $200, but I tend to be a bit conservative.
As a general rule, I find that the "e" prefix only works with .coms
unless you plan on developing the name yourself

As for the "e" name, yeah I tend to be the same, but thought I would nab this one since I thought it was a pretty good one & all other main extensions were gone.
