About the site:
The website is running on a highly modified version of a babelogger script. In the admin area you can approve referrers, add/edit/delete videos, create galleries with images, assign preapprove plug accounts to allow other people to post to your site and ultimately bring in more traffic. The design is custom and you will get PSD for it
