File Browse Email Form

Does anyone have an email form script (preferably java) where someone can send me an email from my site with a file attached? am looking to have visitors send me pictures for upload and I am trying to make it as easy as possible. If anyone has one can they please post a link or PM me. Thanks in advance!

Why dont you just have it so they could upload them to a certain directory via the browser and have it only be a certain file format?
