I am not in a hurry to sell this site so I won't even look at offers under 500$
Site is complete needs just advertisement and to be updated traffic is growing even tho I didn't touch anything for 3 months all clicks are about 50cents on google great keywords selection other day I had click of 1.45$ you don't need to change anything just Google code and collect money.. Site is super easy to edit you can use NotPade if you like you get unique design ..

So yep I am not going to look at any offer under 500$ I was asking for 1500$ few days ago but I don't wanna ruin the site I will sell it to someone who has time to keep working with it for fair price..
If site is handled propertly you could make easly $150 a month I am selling because its small cookey in my jar if you know what I mean..
