This technique is based on the fact that Google.com will produce a different search result than Google.co.uk for the same keywords.
This fact can be used to find prospective buyers for your geo-targeted domain name.
Suppose you have a domain name targeted to UK. Google.co.uk will produce more local businesses in its search result than Google.com. These businesses are more willing to buy UK related domains than any other.
Hence, selling to them is easier.

Elliot Silver has given an amazing description on this technique. Kindly check it HERE

It's a great method and Google definitely produces different results for the different ccTLDs..My question (I'm not sure if Elliot covered this or not) would be for extensions like DE, CH, FR..etc. where English might not be the first language. Do you translate the emails using Google translate or something? Just leave them in English?
