Alright, some background. Site is indexed in all search engines, has a simple AdSense "site" on it for now, working on developing it with affiliates/adsense. Has only been up for a month and has made about .50 a day with AdSense.

The domain is findstudentloans.com and It has about 100+ backlinks.

Taking this into consideration along with the name, what do you think it is worth as of right now, and what do you think it could be worth in the future?

Thanks.

Great targeted ads and good content. Good luck.

How did you do the nice ad unit?

Trader! my good friend! How is everything going?

The ad's are just in tables with 2 columns with a CSS border around it and customized the colors in adsense to match the colors I set for the table. That site is just placement for now to get it into google/msn etc. I'm working on the new one, a bit more user friendly with such things as like student loan calculator and a few affiliates that are made to look like they are part of my site.

I also got some contract workers that are going to be working on the SERP's, and there going to put like 20 hours a week in on it, writing articles, keywords, everything.... So I'm hoping this pumps out some good cash.

Nice to see ya again trader!!

Regards,

Doing well thanks.

Regarding the one big adsense unit I feel it will get better results than 2 normal units side by side since it looks so unique and different than other adsense units and is so obvious and well located with the sponsored heading too. I have never seen it done before. Very cool, congrats.

P.S. Check for typo on 'sponsered' or it could be an alternate spelling.

I never noticed the typo too on the webpage but noticed it later when viewing the source code since I wanted to see how you did the adsense box.

Happy Easter.

Nice keywords - "loan" gets up to $2 per click with Sedo.

Good keywords and may get some type-ins too. I would value this one in the low to mid x,xxx range.

Just a friendly reminder.. If I recall right, there was a discussion going on about labeling adsense ads as "sponsored" and it's been said it's a no-no. I'm pretty sure, but you should check it out yourself..

We therefore require that Web pages do not include incentives of any kind for users to click on ads. This includes encouraging users to click on the ads or to visit the advertisers' sites as well as labeling the ads with text other than "sponsored links" or "advertisements."

taking from AdSense policy.

Thanks for your concern though, greatly appreciated.

I see, thanks. They must've changed that with one of their recent updates. Good luck with your site, I like the new look - simple yet effective.

I'm thinking of actually stoping with this site and move on to probably an easier market to break into.

Thanks though.
