Naah...that's the trouble in this industry...people are too lazy and after a quick buck most of the times.

Got a nice domain then hurry to sell it...that's wrong...imho

This is a nice domain. Finland has a strong economy and I'm sure their financial system is strong as well (stronger than many other countries anyway).

Why not develop it first, spend a few months and a bit of cash on it, get some traffic and rank it...then sell it at a great price.

As it is now, undeveloped, I'd say not more than mid $$$
