Strange name for a new registrar :

Name Server: NS1.PUREDNS.COM
Name Server: NS2.PUREDNS.COM
Status: ACTIVE
Updated Date: 13-aug-2004
Creation Date: 13-aug-2004

Also New :

worldnames.ca - Pool
domainscape.ca - Pool
extremedomains.ca - Pool
nominfinitum.com - ?
names4ever.com - ?

Interesting name, is it putting out fires or adding fuel to the drop game? :cheesy:

Name server puredns.com is presumably NameWinner.

When is policeman.org dropping? We need someone to look into all that *censored* - *censored*--- *snip* -- *bleeep* in the drop game.

Yes.
A name like caught46andauctioned4thousands.com would've been better, but harder to market if not for those infernal numbers.
.....fireman.org it is then.

I did not mean for them to use a name like 'ournewdropragistrarisready.com'
However, using a .org (please look at pir.org) is strange, if not down right at least an 'ethical' violation of the .org registry...

whats next?

makefastcash.org ???
surely, a drop registrar could afford a '.COMmercial' name or a .biz ?

off topic:

catalog.com seems to be catching for namewinner now.

I'm waiting for something like www.verislime.org to be a accredited lol

Thanks for pointing out Puredns is Namewinner.

Looks like Catalog is to :

Domain Name: DEMONIO.COM
Registrar: CATALOG.COM, INC.
Whois Server: whois.catalog.com
Referral URL: http://www.catalog.com
Name Server: NS1.PUREDNS.COM
Name Server: NS2.PUREDNS.COM
Status: ACTIVE
Updated Date: 11-aug-2004

From SnapNames to NameWinner. 3 new for Pool and new ones for Enom I presume.
If this keeps up, the IOC might want to look into adding a new Olympic event. "Who can bag/create the most amount of registrars in less than a minute".

names4ever.com?

Isn't that an old company? Yikes! Aplus.net got accredited? That is NOT good.
