Eurid themselves admit that have awarded the domain on the basis of first come first served backed up by an opposed application for a Trademark that has not actually been rejected because proceedings have not run their course.

If this is the best they could then frankly it would have been fairer to all to just do it on a first come first served basis.

I presumed that loosing plaintiff will still have the option to go to WIPO and frankly on the basis of this, it would probably make more sense to go there than go through this farce of a complaints procedure!
