Hey, got my first offer for a domain parked at ND. A foreign language (not IDN) single word dictionary term, no TM, with type in only traffic. Revenue for last 30 days app. $15, now lets gues what the offer was.

$45. What do you guys think, should I take it (lol), offer a counter offer.

how long have you had this name. Can you offer proof for long than 1 month?

I didn't write the domain name in this thread, nor do I understand what your trying to get at.

Looking at the whois, you can see how long I've had the name.

If you want to sell it, counter for what you want. Hard to say what it's worth without posting the name. Based on revenue alone would be worth low x,xxx, but if it's a good word then maybe more. good luck.

So at 15/mo, I don't bother to sell unless I need some quick cash.
At least 20x your monthly revenue.

The question is whether I should bother answering with a counter offer for someone who offers something totally unreasonable. Since I'm not in any rush to sell even 20X is quite low. The name is a translation of "keyboard" with a ccTLD.

hmm wonder why you dont wish to reveal your name?
I mean as it is, you dont wish to sell it for now, so why not put it out there.
It might get you better advice from others.

mikledet.co.il
I didn't have anything against revealing it. Just thought that it didn't have any relevance.

I put in a counter offer of $2500, which was refused within 5 minutes.

I would definately hold out for the right revenue opportunity.

Noticed that the IDN version of the same word was just reg'd last month both .com and .net.

(sorry the Hebrew script does not resolve here so put link to term and google pics)

Some think it is a good play to have the ascii.cc and idn.com of same term.

Consider yourself lucky; an Israeli firm dragged a domain sale on Sedo for 30 days AFTER agreement.

You're puny code is of "Virtual Store"-"ChanutViratualit.Com" not of "Mikledet.Com"
