Radix, a registry for the new gTLDs, announced that it has acquired the new gTLD .Tech
The ICANN auction for .Tech was held last month with the winning bid of $6,760,000 being placed by dot Tech LLC.

Very interesting.. now gTLDs are being bought and sold just like 2nd level domains have been for the past 20 years.

Was Radix an original bidding participant in that auction last month, or is it a TLD they didn't even originally apply for?
