Right now, I am selling FishersIndiana.net - a fully developed resource site for and about Fishers, Indiana.
I am seeking offers over $1100.00. My valuations are obviously not based on multiples of revenue. The site does generate around $25-30/mo in revenue via Adsense, but the site is worth TONS more to someone with the time to develop it and explore different revenue methods.
For anyone who is not familiar with Fishers, Indiana.. it's a very wealthy North Side suburb of Indianapolis located in Hamilton County. It is nationally known and praised for it's schools, living, community, homes, etc.
