I am in the midst of selling FitnessHome.com. Recently, I have been having second thoughts and wanted to get some real opinions.
To begin with, I am truly a beginner, so I value your opinions. I originally got this domain to do a generic fitness link page with some adsense or whatever the click per view stuff is. I never got around to doing it, although I planned to finally look into it this summer.
Of the 10 or so domains I own, this gets the most views on sedo by a FAR margin, although the click through is very poor and I make next to nothing with it. I think I may average about 40 views per month (according to sedo) and I have done zero advertising nor made ANY attempt to do anything with it.
I have been offered $150. I was going to push it through, but I wonder if it is worth more than that. I think it is a solid name that can be developed at some point.
