Five days later, no response from Moniker.

Email sent to Monte twice.
Email sent to Victor once.

I am emailing back to support now, but what else can I do.

I called yesterday and left a voice message to sales.

Doesnt look good, starting to doubt Monte.

fischermx - I have been on vacation for 10 days...also we found a problem with our spam/junk folder filtering system and found a bunch of customer messages in these folders. we found a fix and all should be good. if you have any issue getting to [email protected], just email [email protected] or myself at [email protected].

When I finally received a response, I was about to reply them with a joke "Good to know all the office is now back from vacations". :)

Why don't you have one of those ticket systems when one gets a ticket number and then you can track it, so we know we're going to be listen ?

Yup. A couple of registrars peeps I know report their communications have but
considerably improved, and it helps better track them.
