I've decided to register since some banks are very tight with the guidelines re residential mortgages. Business are still seeking fixed business loans. I have fixedbusinessloans.com as well.
I think it is a good name for the banking/mortgage industry. Please give me your insight as well. Much appreciated.

from reseller perspective, I think any value, is in type in traffic it gets
it's a descriptive longtail for sure, but the 'fixed rate' is a given when searching for a business loan

still. maybe worth $$$ to interested buyer.
