The domain is about to expire but can be renewed on purchase. It is registered with namecheap.com and will be pushed to a seller's account. The site is unique with a collection of themes and content from personal interests. The seeds ARE legal and are resold from another website, URL given on purchase.
It has no real income apart from a very small number of ad clicks, it hasn't been linked from any of my other sites or promoted in any way, it has minimal traffic. It's all done in PHP with an include system. Modifications can be made to it very simply.
