How do you resize an animated flash .gif avatar and then save it without losing the flash / animated effects?

Most avatars are not 64 by 64, so when you resize and save it is not animated anymore.

I am not a techie, what is the easy answer for a fix? Thanks?

The only way I've done it is to use something like ulead gif animator, open the current gif, save the frames separately, resize each frame and put them back together. With .gif animator you might be able to resize the actual .gif without separating them with the latest versions, not sure..
