Flash game sites.. legal?

I've seen quite a few "PHP Arcade Scripts" for sale.. does anyone know how legal they are, considering that the games aren't unique?

I'd assume that because of the popularity of those scripts that the games on them are public/open source or that the creator of the script got permission to use them, but I'm not sure.

A lot of them use miniclip.com games which are free to download from their website.

Not recently. It took me about five minutes before I realized that I had been there before.

As long as you/they have permission to use the flash game from the creator, then you are ok. Otherwise it might be open source.
