www.baygame.com has 300 uniques per day and is for sale. It is now pr4 and has a good pr future. i am selling it because i ll work with my courses at university. Also a note that vbulletin licence is not for sale you should buy a new one then i ll do all stuff for you and without any extra cost. make offers!
i am thinking of at least 400$.

You can ask your host to provide you with anonymous access to your stats, I had to ask mine to do it.

Just open a trouble ticket and say that you areselling your site and need to provide access to potential buyers to your stats, they will be happy to set up a link

You won't hear "the right price" if you make claims about traffic and don't give potential buyers a way of verifying it.

I could Photoshop a traffic stats page in 3 seconds.

it would be nice if you can post the referrer stats to your site. your forum always have like 20-40 guest but you only have 88 registered users...
are you running an advertising campaign that bring in the visitors?

i made 21$ in 10 days in adsense.
i dont photoshop any image. The referrers are link exchanges %50 from turkish sites.
guest number is not very meaningful because i made the cookie time out for 2 hours like all other forums so it includes the 2 hour period.
I also have awstats but it is not very revelant because it is some lower and sometimes higher than webalizer. www.baygame.com/awstats but you can look at referrers and other things from there. Also i want to mention about MSN results. I have about 12000 BL at msn and i am at 16th position on flash games keyword. Thanks all. The highest offer is 275$ just for domain.
