Wanted: Service Flash Header Modification

HI

I just need somebody to change the Words on a flash header I got from Template Monster and redirect them to new links.

The total work:

1. Remove the logo and change 'THINK!' and the tag line to another name and point it to /index.html
2. Change the 5 links below to other words and have them redirect to URLs of my choice
3. Thats it!

I will obviously supply the source fla file and clear instructions.
