Fliplocator.com - website geared towards real estate and the art of "flipping" houses.
looking for bids, website was custom built and purchased 2 years ago or so. paid in the mid $x,xxx amount for it. due to personal reasons, am getting out of it. My idea was to change the website to like that of myhousedeals.com, and advertise it a little more and charge $20 - $100 monthly for members or so which is nothing to real estate investors.
Website comes with a list of over 500 Real estate investors nationwide, and all of them are double opt in, and many of them I have spoken with on the phone as well as worked with. As the website has made me over $15k in revenue as a realtor with very little effort and advertising.
