Flippa continues to permit the listing of trademark domains

many companies are happy to have their trademarked names "out there" since it is often good free publicity. They do, however, send off a cease and desist letter as soon as they see misuse of their names.

Want me to point you to numerous UDRPs at NAF and the WIPO that say otherwise? Verizon, Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Twitter - you name it.

If a company wants 'publicity' they launch their own product.
