Here's few other TM listings on Flippa:
moregoogleplus.com
AvonCatalogue.com
googleplusgames.com
iphonemarkets.com

This is funny as hell!

These are people KNOWINGLY selling TM and TM products domains that these sellers KNOW the names CAN NOT EVEN SELL ON EBAY and the names CAN NOT BE PARKED ANYWHERE!

By all means, contact Microsoft.

It was just a few years ago that they filed legal action against several domainers in the State of Indiana.

People (us, them, everyone) needs to understand that a WIPO is essentially a bullshit procedure that is a flip of the coin to the panelist(s). Companies like Microsoft does not play soft when it comes to their brand. They take it straight to the circuit courts of the defendants district.

Having a WIPO go against you is a slap on the wrist compared to a Criminal Record, paying court costs, and monetary fines.

Pool and Namejet also have been turning a blind eye and pimping TM domains for years.
It's like the domain industry is daring somebody to do something.
