Lots of PR on this term in recent news releases realtive to the housing market, thinking about moving this...does not have much type in traffic (30-100 per month), but perhaps to the right end user....looking for some input on a realistic range.

What a coincidence that you're posting this here. Just a few days ago I checked to see if FlippingRealEstate.com and RealEstateFlipping.com were available to register. I think its a great name and you have the better one. I think to the right buyer you could get $1000+. Develop it a little and you can easily get much more. Everybody and their brother are getting into the RE game these days. My cousin recently took one of those courses and has already flipped a few houses. Good luck with it.

Don't have a value for you (I'm too new to think I know that!) but I have to say this is an excellent term. I'm fascinated with RE flipping, and love watching the new HGTV shows like Property Ladder. I think you could easily find a great end user to sell this to - keep us updated!

Thanks for the input, I may test the waters in the near future on EBAY and try to capitalize on the media buzz over the housing market...
