Think about this one for a second.... We're talking about prime real estate for the travel industry.

Florida is "The Vacation Capitol of the World" ... "The Sunshine State"...

www.FloridaVisiting.com --- This is as good a name as they come, plus, most of the leg work is already done here with solid listings in major directories.

I'm curious to hear everyones comments.

The site layout is quite nice. Good color. I must agree with Radistar that it's the domain name which seems unnatural. FloridaVisiting is not something which people are used to saying.

$50 for the domain. Mostly because of the page rank. I have to agree with the other posters that Florida Visiting is not something people usually say, visiting florida is a lot better, if you can get the site low rankings in search engines (page 1) for visiting florida or vacation to florida then it will have a lot more value.

The problem is nobody is searching for "visiting Florida" to begin with. Let alone "Florida visiting". The overture for the term "visiting Florida" is like 0.

Besides, this forum is to appraise domains, not websites. If you want to appraise website, then try the proper forum.

As a domain this name is terrible. It means nothing and is unnatural. Even VisitingFlorida would not make much difference, but FloridaVisiting is dead bad.

As a website it's worth the template it was put on, plus the ocassional trickle traffic you get since your linkpop is tiny. So no more than XX.

If you think this "project" is worth more than 50 bucks, let alone 50k, you are living in some highly delusional state of mind, my friend.
