If you read the entire post (or posts) you would notice that I said I was adding a channel so I could see what the heck it was making..... (there is another thread here on dn somewhere about this site...)

I have alot of sites sometimes loose track of whats what....

nice site.
good one.
It's nice to see Florida advetized.
It used to be my home for 4 years.
yes, indeed a search in google shows it up there because of good SEO.
thast is until someone with the right keywords developes a site.
I would never type this name.
Yet, fair is fair.
short term, low $xxx
long term, lower than that.

Wow, I can't believe people are still this domain appraising. Some folks know I am a believer in certain domains defending, but I'm sorry to say I agree this is a domain lacking. Yes, I saw the #1 spot on Google, but it is a #1 spot entirely the world misleading, although not domainers. Bottom line: people would not be that way searching, but more normal or common phrases using.

One of the biggest mistakes is to put a domain up for appraisal and - being in denial - offer it for sale at the same time. - if it gets buried in Appraisals, your attempt at a sales pitch is useless.
