HI

I would say.. 2.5k Plus... a name if I had it I would not sell... just like acne.info I would not sell that either..

Tom

Thank Tom... But I see this domain as having a little more potential than $2.5k

The domain Flu.info is no longer for sale.

Any other appraisals or opinions on this domain are very much welcome.

Its worth a couple hundred undeveloped.
I own the plural dot com version of flu.info and you'd be surprised at the price I paid.

There is a huge difference between appraisals and sale price.
I'd say around sale price = 10% of the appraisal prices.

Good idea.

Develop

a simple site about the vaccines and all surrounding topics

the one to emphasize is the mercury (themerisol) in the vaccines that is f___ing up everyone, particularly the most vulnerable - infants.

in addition

present both cases for vaccination and not vaccination. There is plenty on youtube - I could compile a list..

a site about all important flu info is what it is about right?

A good resource could bring solid revenue - you may want to hold for a great length until sale.

I think 90% of members on this forum would disagree with you here. From my past experience (last 30 domains sold), I would say that DNForum appraisals have been extremely close to the final sale price.

Flu is an extremely highly searched term on Google and other major search engines. Flus is not at all. 35,000,000 results for Flu and just 9m results for Flus. If someone is looking for information on the Flu, why would he type in Flus? No, he would naturally type in Flu - this is why this is a hot keyword domain and the .info extension fits perfectly.

Undeveloped, I have been getting a majority of appraisals between $6,000 and $11,000. And, at time of posting, I have just received an offer at $15,500. But as I mentioned, the domain is currently not for sale.

It's true that sometimes one can buy a domain worth xx,xxx.- US $ for a couple if hundred dollars. Thats true.

Still, the amount of money you pay has nothing to do with its value. And you would evaluate the value for hot/el.in/fo with probably mid xx,xxx.- Dollars (IF so much), and I sold it for 295,000.-. UNDEVELLOPPED. BUT: It was THE endcustomer. No domainer.

And CONGRATS to you for that unbelievable sale! You are a great domainer, one of the best I know. Respect.

Well, you're wrong.

9,000,000 results is not many?

He/she would type flu dot com.
He/she will then type flus dot com before flu dot info.
Prove me wrong and lets see a screenshot of your name's traffic

If you do not sell for $15,000, you are making a big mistake.

This premium generic .info is worth a lot more then the plural .com for the same keyword. It either has sex appeal or it doesn't.

BTW domain value is based on much more then just traffic/revenue. But you have been around long enough on this forum to know that, right?

"Flus": Average search volume per month: 9,900
"Flu": Average search volume per month: 1,830,000

"Flus" Overture: 146!!! "Flus" Wordtracker: 15!!!
"Flu" Overture: 20,472 "Flu" Wordtracker: 1,242

Current Traffic is irrelevant of course. The domain has fantastic branding power and development potential, either in the hands of a developer or a large Pharmaceutical company. Contrary to Flus.
I suppose you also believe that ACNES.com is much better than ACNE.info?
