Amazing Keyword, Horrible Extension.

It is a tough one to appraise. It should sell for at least Mid $XXX reseller even as a .CC, but I would hold out for something in the $X,XXX+ range. Even though the extension is normally worthless, this is a case where the keyword itself overpowers the bad extension.
